Return/Exchange/Terms
FLOORING / TILES
- No returns after 30 days. No returns for opened boxes. No returns/cancelations for custom and/or special orders. No returns/cancelations for ordered carpet. No returns for clearance items.
- Customer must pay 25% restocking fee for returned Hardwood/Laminate/Engineered/Vinyl & 35% restocking fee for returned Tile.
- Returned quantity of solid hardwood, engineered hardwood, laminate & vinyl must be a minimum of 3 boxes.
- Extra product must be returned to place of pick-up/supplier and not to The Reno Superstore showroom.
- Warranty of all material is honoured by the flooring brand and/or manufacturer and not by The Reno Superstore. The Reno Superstore will help facilitate the warranty claim but will not assume responsibility for outcome.
- Manufacturer’s product warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of God, abuse, misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, water damage/leaks, humidity and moisture issues, expansion and contraction and subfloor issues.
- Customer responsible to maintain relative humidity of space at 35%-50% to minimize expansion and contraction of product. Warranty will void if above or below.
- 72 hour acclimatization of product is recommended prior to installation of any hardwood, laminate or engineered product. It is customer’s responsibility to acclimatize product at proper humidity levels mentioned above. Whether The Reno Superstore will be installing or not, acclimatization is left to the customer’s discretion and arrangement.
- Balance of product must be paid in full prior to pick-up and/or delivery and/or installation date.
BATHROOM VANITIES
- 1-Year manufacturer defect warranty for residential installations only.
- Customer responsible to report defects within 24 hours of delivery and send images to store.
- If packaging is damaged upon delivery, please send images and report to store before opening package.
- Returns can be made within 7 days of purchase with original receipt, given that product has not been used and remains in original package. The Reno Superstore has the right to refuse return if package or product is damaged and or altered and deemed unacceptable.
- No returns for products with damages, missing parts, or after 7 days.
- No returns for clearance items or floor models.
- Customer is responsible for returning/shipping product to place of pick-up and bears all costs associated.
- There will be a 30% restocking fee for returns with damaged packaging.
DOORS / TRIM / MOULDINGS
- Returns can be made within 7 days of purchase given that product is in original quality and condition.
- Door being returned must remain in original wrapping.
- Customer is responsible for returning/shipping product to place of pick-up and bears all costs associated.
- Cut or altered doors will not be returned.
- Customer must pay 25% restocking fee for returned doors.
DELIVERY
- The Reno Superstore hires a third party company for deliveries. This third party company bears responsibility for damaged products during shipping. The Reno Superstore bears no responsibility but will aid with the claims.
- Third-party delivery company offers two services: Curbside delivery (without off-loading), means the product will be dropped off at curbside, driveway or garage (if no obstruction to wheel passage). The Reno Superstore nor the delivery company will be responsible for damages that occur after curbside delivery. 2. Delivery with offloading, means product will be brought in to main floor only of house. These two options are to be discussed with salesperson at the showroom.
